Pros

Some really great people work here - too bad they aren't the ones in charge.

Cons

The executive team obviously does not know what they are doing and tries to mask their lack of experience and success with a false bravado and a lack of communication, which inhibits people from doing their jobs well. From the CEO down, everyone wants to point the finger at someone else for failures instead of accepting personal responsibility. Training is almost non-existent, but when you make a mistake due to not being trained, you may well get disciplined or fired for it. I personally watched more than a dozen great employees get terminated - not due to any wrongdoing - but because they were a scapegoat for a manager's failures. It's sad, but in the end is likely a blessing in disguise for those now gone employees - as they are freed up for better companies who may actually appreciate their talents and abilities.
