Pros

Pay, PTO, dental insurance. Bonus (before it's gone) RX technology is still probably the best.

Cons

Work/Life Balance, DM's can be rude, although supposed to promote and interview every all qualified applicants, some still get overlooked. Registers crash daily.

It's a industry leader with great technology and a presence in all 50 states.

Cons

Too much institutionalized control from the top and a plan to dumb down store leadership in a attempt to please wall street by slashing management payroll cost.

co-workers - family bond type atmosphere

Cons

company - the direction the company has take with restructuring - doing more with less staff - changed position titles to cut pay - leading to lower quality of management - not the same family type atmosphere on a company level as it once had been 7 years, 6 years, 5 years, even 4 years ago,
