Pros

Great peers and staff in my store.

Cons

Since buyout by Sycamore, things have gotten worse. They are out of touch with the reality of running a retail store/pharmacy. They change things to made it more and more difficult to achieve getting our bonus, but they present it as a good thing so they don't look so slimy.
