Pros
When the restaurant is busy there is good money to be made. Sometimes $20/hr at peak times. When it is slow, there is still plenty of work to do to stay busy.
Cons
Management is absolutely flunk worthy. If you are not buddy buddy with the managers you can expect to have a horrible time working at Walk Ons. They play favorites with servers, and treat bus boys as an expendable resource. There are three managers: bar, server, and the GM. The GM has the power to hire and fire at will, so if you do something the GM doesn’t like you can ***and will*** be fired.
