Pros

It's a fun environment plus you work with many attractive servers. If you're a hard worker, you may be able to get your manager to book you by yourself for lunch shifts, which would allow you to make more money in tips.

Cons

You are nonstop moving and there's always something to do. The combination of constantly walking, changing kegs, and carrying around busser bins can be taxing on the body.
