Vacation pay, holidays, maternal leave good benefits 401k available some scale jobs well established company for over 20 years .,
Cons
Unless you get a good pay at the early negation stage of your hired on date it's hard to get any more raises they will promote from with in but often not much of a raise upper management some of the upper management are very competent .,
