      Great Pay and decent benefits .

      Cons

      Management never listens to the harassment concerns by managers. Few run the teams with own agendas . HR doesnt do any follow ups with teams about the challenges teams are facing even after team members leave . No proper agenda/ Roadmap shown down streams. From last 2 years most of the IT teams doesnt feel job security .(No Vision / No answers from CTO)

      Great company, but managers need training

      Great benefits (parental leave and tuition reimbursement) Remote (with manager approval) All company trainings (paid by the company)

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best compared to other companies Manager's aren't trained well Tenure doesn't mean much HR will take manager's word over employee's word Confidentiality doesn't mean anything within the company
