Pros

Smart engaged people. Strong sense of mission. Makes an effort to be a supportive work environment. Good technology and systems. Expectations are well communicated.

Cons

Grinding pace. Very process oriented and rewards skewed toward work volume at times to detriment of work or credit quality. Corporate philosophy seems to be toward hire them young and indoctrinate them, such that culture becomes a bit homogeneous. Not necessarily a bad thing, but can be a liability at times. Sometimes a bit big brotherish.

Pros

CEO is fantastic. Co-Workers are great/young and the company cares for its employees and is constantly trying to satisfy.

Cons

W&D lacks growth opportunities. Turn over is high and many employee appear to leave due to better opportunities in the market. Stepping stone feeling around the office.
