This is my second stint at Walkover and I've always found that the freedom here to express your thoughts is immense. Some pros are: 1. Flexibility to work. Be it about the timing of your availability and style of your working. 2. Culture. The people around always leak happiness and good vibes. 3. Purpose driven work culture. 4. Fast paced. Ever evolving.

Cons

Nothing as such that I've found in my many years here. But if you are someone who won't love the fast paced, ever evolving culture of a startup, may be this is not the place for you.
