Pros
Relaxed and comfortable Work culture, the managers welcome new ideas, suggestions, opinions from staff. Being a start up it is open and free organization. Good culture and you will find decent people around. Office trips, movies, fun games and activities are very refreshing. Professionally I have grown myself a lot during the span of around 3 years
Cons
A few dumb people close to the owners literally run the accounts department, everyone laughs at how they are maintiang their places. Their meaning less decisions are never questioned ,the only thing they are good at is maintiang there terms with the owners. The most annoying thing was that they fired 6 to 7 people from our team, took our Work and gave it to the least skilled team mates, with no valid reason, no rational thinking. No one was there to question the same, and when we tried asking reasons they said it is managements personal choice. The problem is they tampered career of very skilled and qualified staff to meet their personal choices, and were never questioned. No one deserves to leave and none of the existing staff deserves to stay. Management don't take any action against/towards this kind of favoritism and baseless firing of the best employees, who have proven themselves for 2 to 3 years, for new interns hired moths before. This gave me reasons to hate the company which I have admired all these years, we worked with all of our hearts for such a long span and got fired during these hard times.
