Pros
Do not see to the good reviews about the company. They are all written forcefully by the current employees. This is a company where good employees leave like anything. There is no single good thing me or any of my colleague has in our minds.
Cons
They deduct salary for even getting sick! That's right, they deduct salary for any small thing, even if you work for the whole day and night, but take rest in between by chance get delayed in joining the meeting! They promise good salaries during verbal communications, but during offer letter it is reduced, with no proper breakdown, further, they deduce even from that by showing stupid things in the breakdown later. They never show the bond and documents, but when you are about to leave, everything comes up. There is a lot and lot of pressure from the senior employees. Learning is 0, they give lots of dull work based on the application they created, which has a lot of bugs and errors! Do not join the company until and unless you have a severe and critical family economic condition.
