Pros

If you like travelling than the company is worth considering as there is normally a pipeline of projects all over the world

Cons

Going through a period of change at the moment as it has been recently acquired and so perhaps not the best time to join.

good opportunity to learn very experienced people in company same as great chance to meet good people on projects chance to travel a lot

management missing thinking and judgement no training for employees using wrong knowledge transfer model very bad HR policies

Decent but frustrating experience that went no where.

Pros

Interesting clients and problems to solve. Ability to learn quickly if you want to apply yourself. Very flexible to work on projects in most parts of the world. Flat organizational structure.

Cons

Impossible to move up and upper management actually seems like they want to restrict upwards mobility of staff. Frequent management changes make everyone uneasy.
