Pros

Everyone at the company is very supportive and caring. Even those who aren’t in managerial positions will go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with every single one of my coworkers since the day I’ve started, and they really are the reason why I love my job so much.

Cons

The company is smaller, and there are cons that come with that: The workload gets much heavier during high-client periods Work/life balance gets affected by this There are limited opportunities for promotions

Pros

This is a great place to work if you love being challenged and pushed outside of your comfort zone to deliver quality work on a daily basis. With so many talented and intelligent people in the office, it’s impossible to not bring your A-game to work every single day.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced and things change quickly. You’ve got to be able to keep up.
