No training or orientation of any kind. You can’t deliver what you are selling because the care staff turnover is incredible

The people there are always so nice and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help out and lend a hand on anything. Not a stressful environment and good management.

Cons

Underpaid compared to other places for the same job. Difficult to move up in management.

Wallick S great company to work for. The benefits are good pay is above average, bonuses not so great but there are other pros to make up for that! Helping families and personal growth within is a definite pro!

Cons

Pay could be better, managers are on salary yet we work 50+ hours a week to keep properties running! .
