      Pros

      A real focus on helping giving their associates the tools to succeed. True team-player atmosphere; since it's a small- to mid-size company, everyone pitches in where needed. I've never worked for a company that takes care of their employees and their customers as much as this one.

      Cons

      I truly have no negative comments.

      Pros

      Would reccommend to everyone! The culture here is outstanding and I always feel appreciated. Wallick stands behind their mission and it comes across in the everyday work. They truly invest in their associates!

      Cons

      Unused time off does not roll over, but rather goes into a short term disability bucket.

      Company Culture Like No Other!

      Pros

      Wallick genuinely cares about their residents and associates. The company has gone above in beyond during COVID-19 to recognize the local heroes working in its senior living and affordable housing communities. The company is growing and there is lots of opportunity for associates to thrive and develop their careers at Wallick.

      Cons

      The senior living industry and the good folks that work in our communities are truly challenged by COVID-19.
