Job security if you are hired on, fairly laid back work. ESOP is great, benefits are ok. A lot of nice people to work with. Other employee incentives related to optical industry....supervisors are all cool and fair. Good PTO, and paid holidays. Overtime on holidays if you want it.....the pay is ok...but the ESOP makes up for it in the long run. Typically Mon - Fri schedule, 40 hours a week minimum. No part time work here.

Cons

Besides some freedoms being taken away when management changed, not too many cons. If you don't like to get a little dirty at work it may not be for you either. Benefits could definitely be improved. Used to be a lot more overtime which was nice. Yearly reviews need to be better at being on time and not 6 months late.
