Pros

great company to work for if you plan to stay after 6 year because of the ESOP

Cons

New management and his polices has nothing to do with work but more of punishment for his employee due to his lack of understanding of how the company was doing well before he took office. Which is kind of sad cause a lot of the employee now doesn't have a reason to care about the breakage being so high cause privileges is constant being taken away.

Great company can be frustrating to work for

Pros

Great benefits, competetive pay. There are very knowledgable people employeed here. "Employee owned" - You earn shares working, and those shares can be quite profitable if you stick it out.

Cons

Keep in mind these probably depend hugely on what branch you work at. Mine is a larger one. Constant changing of policies and procedure. We recently lost a couple experienced managers, and it has been turbulent. New management uses ultimatums - sets up goals without changing anything to help achieve those goals. Threatens employees with loss of personal freedoms if goals aren't achieved. Achieving said goal results in the goal being changed. Ultimately employees lose the freedom anyways. Lack of experience, direction, and training. Working your way up would be very difficult unless you know someone or seek outside knowledge. Work environment can be stressful at times.
