No raise unless you train in multiple areas People quit or get fired so frequently You get partially trained and are expected to jut know things Understaffed, overworked Have to train someone in your position before you can train in another position Overtime on Saturdays during busy season ONLY two 20 minute breaks Supervisors push you past your limit
