Walman Optical and it’s divisions (Imagewear, ADO/Done4You, and Walman Lab Managers) thrive on a toxic environment. Collaboration between it’s devisions is crucial to the entire success of the company, yet management and teams are more focused on gossiping amongst each other, and pointing fingers/blaming each other for mistakes. The company as a whole has no sense of direction or end goal.
