Management doesnt reward above and beyond work Managers will force you to check receipts even of elderly ladies who clearly just bout a head of lettuce in front of me No protection up here, especially when people threaten to not have receipts checked Expected to stop people unnecessarily and check receipt when even if its a large tv and the guy is already holding the receipt trying to show you AND is being helped by another store employee to carry the tv to their car. Not much room for advancement if you are in certain positions. Thats why turnover is high
