Pros

* being an asset protection comes with comfort of staying in a room , along with continuous patrols , if youve liked hide and seek as a kid this job is for you, also if you were someone who liked treasure hunt. *its a respectful job dealing with reports , customer service and descalation techniques.

Cons

* you feel pressured when there is a fire exit. * you can get under investigations very fast. *the managemnet decides your fate of growth, if youre a bootlicker. *dealing with criminal people or criminal mindset is tough.

Pros

Little physical labor Job is simple to do

Cons

If the store you're working isn't team oriented, this position will really be difficult for you. If you're not an abrasive or assertive person who can deal with rowdy customer, then you will really struggle to be effective in this position.
