Cons

No staffing, regionals cut staffing to bare minimum. No staffing for callouts. Company isn’t helping customers anymore it’s about helping itself.

Pros

Job stability, competitive benefits packages and you can generally find a convent commute due to the gigantic footprint of Walmart locations.

Cons

Hiring for entry level positions without competitive pay, salary not competitive for amount of responsibility, huge area of responsibility, lack of work/life balance, lack of upward mobility in markets located in more desirable areas to live, toxic culture due to pressure on salaried employees.
