Pros

- Work up to 40 hours a week - Easy to move up in company - Retail hours allow for choice of availability

Cons

- Work up to 40 hours, then lower you to 10 to keep you part time. - Over work you in multiple departments expecting you to cover multiple parts of the store

Pros

People I work with are helpful and nice to each other and I believe want you to succeed. So far happy with management: They set realistic expectations and listen when we have concerns. Most of employees happy to be working there.

Cons

Some of the equipment is older and doesn't work properly, which makes it hard to provide good customer service. Part-time schedule is 5 days a week without 2 days off in a row like a weekend would be in full time job. If we have to work 5 days, we should get 2 days off together so we can have a life with our families.
