Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Opportunity within company if you want/able to relocate.

Cons

DC’s are in rural areas with rural mindset and behind the times. Bottom line more important than employees. No flexibility even tho they lure you with the promise. Women are just numbers for reporting purposes and treated as such even in leadership positions. Step back in time.

Great pay and benefits, including PTO and Protected PTO to use for emergencies.

Cons

The warehouse work isn't for everyone, and it's extremely hard to earn your full PTO hours for the year without working overtime.
