Pros

As stated, lot of reorgs happened over the course of my four years. But I got treated well throughout the process. Good pay. Good benefits. Unlimited PTO (in Transportation).

Cons

Eliminated most remote work positions. Pushing for RTO to use their expensive campus. Very big company so it can be difficult to stand out unless you're fighting tooth and nail.

Pros

Supportive team, clear roadmap, modern stack (Snowflake/DBT/Databricks), solid documentation, good work-life balance.

Cons

Release cycles can be slow, cross-team dependencies stall delivery, legacy pipelines linger longer than planned.
