Pros

Hourly pay is good. Hard work but I've met some good people.

Cons

Despite a good hourly rate, I never get full hours, much less overtime. The line is pushed beyond human limits even in extreme heat, management is generally incompetent, favoritism in many departments, no room to advance. Rewarded with useless certificates and mugs from a wealthy company while you can't afford to use the doctor with their useless insurance. They will expect you to not use earned overtime and its a huge hassle to even schedule your PTO.

Pros

Great job if you want to show up and work and go home

Cons

Poor culture. If you fall out of favor with management you're life becomes very difficult and will find yourself not making production or facing retaliation.
