Pros

Free water while at work, treat associates well. If you have kids they do lots of kid friendly events like trick or treating and lunch with Santa.

Cons

Lied by about 20k on what I would be making as well as bonuses. The 5k bonus is at the end of your year if you hit numbers for the entire year. Keep in mind if they move you around to another dept you get someone else's burden.
