Pros

The job was fast paced in a good way. Allowed me to work closely with customers and for a while focus entirely on customer and employee satisfaction.

Cons

Eventually became more focused on streamlining the process so customer satisfaction plummeted and employees were overworked. Eventually the new associates hired were making a dollar an hour more than us because the company model placed value on people changing jobs to avoid burnout rather than employee retention and specialization.
