      Pros

      A Good Work life balance. Great learning curve. Lot of Pros : free cabs for commute, great lunch buffet , mobile and many other reimbursements provided.

      Cons

      Have to be involved in On-call/KTLO on weekends once or twice in a month. Politics involved in promotions.
