      1. Good work life balance for people who dont want to work 2. Good food, transportation and HR policies 3. Good things end here

      Cons

      1. Bad management. They are not technically abled to understand root level work. 2. No urgency to change old technology. All they want to do is hold the torch during night 3. No work / no valuable work which will encourage you to work 4. No money for monitoring key systems. all we hear is no budget, but have enough money to hire useless contact work force 5. Hiring bad people and encouraging to hire unfit folks for the role by management
