      1. Free food & transport 2. Well stuffed cafeteria 3. Mobile phone reimbursement 4. Equality and diversity initiatives

      Cons

      1. This company is full of bad politics and bureaucracy. This is applicable for both US and IDC management 2. Bias towards region specific hiring 3. Most of the managers are non-technical and can't understand technical terminologies 4. HR has no control to retain right talent 5. Concerns about management never attained by HR 6. Equity, incentives & yearly hike entirely at the discretion of reporting manager. This promotes a culture of buttering at all levels
