      -Great pay -Cool Campus -Flexible working hours

      Cons

      -Constant layoffs scare (trying to be like Amazon) -Very little diversity (90% or more Indian) -Bad app infrastructure (don't let the fancy tech headlines fool you) -Can be hard to be recognized
