      Great salaries, work life balance. Amazing benefits. Hybrid work. Great office campus transportation facilities Good amount of leaves

      Cons

      They assume the engineers don't have a personal life. The management in some of the teams are worst. Manager doesn't discuss about career development. Less diversity in the team. Lack of respect for an individual. Team mates will only be team mates. You can't see a friend in them.
