Great insurance benefits, flexible hours, open door policy/ethics reporting, security, clear job descriptions , employee discounts and perks, 401k, stocks, easy to gain promotions

Questionable management ethics, upper management tends to act like a gang/clique, poor consistency with disciplinary actions, poor raises
