If you have a good team, they can become your closest friends. You will lose weight and gain muscle. You'll sleep like a baby. Through fatigue, stress, undernourishment, dehydration, and disrespect you will become extremely determined, motivated, better at interacting with strong personalities and better at handling difficult situations. Tons of hours available.

Cons

Hard. Not enough pay. Long hours and not enough days off. stressful. 8 hours of intense physical labor, sometimes in grueling heat, and under pressure from management. Injuries are common. You will be sore every day.
