It good place to start a career

Pros

Friendly environment, resource to learn, get exposed to other team upstream services, decencies

Cons

Long meetings, manager does all the talking while the developer just listen and agrees to his/her ideas, developer has to crunch to meet deadline, limited resources to keep up with work.
