Pros

A pretty secure job if you don't mind working and are not a slacker. Opportunities to advance to upper levels of management with no college degree. You can make a decent salary when you advance in the company.

Cons

Big business. Sometimes doesn't show enough appreciation for hard working employees. You work most major holidays and don't get any holiday pay. Too much blame from one shift to another, nobody seems to be on the same page.
