Good Company to work for for only for a short time.

Pros

You get benefits like dental, health, 401k. Stock sharing. Thats about it. 2 15 minute breaks, 1 hour lunch.

Cons

Co workers not really optimistic about the company. This is a great place to start your first job, I would not consider this company as your career. Managers are overworked resulting in bad management.
