Pros

Other associates are in the same boat as you are. Department managers are generally decent.

Cons

Horrendously low salary prevents employees from affording health insurance. Intentional misuse of part/full-time system. Schedule employees to work extra time, then scold them for reaching their maximum weekly hours. Management regularly ignored complaints with "Don't worry about it." Complete disconnect between upper and lower levels of management, causing inaccurate annual reviews. Promotions use a buddy system instead of interviewing all candidates.

Pros

Flexible hours, they work with your schedule better than most places. Lots of different managers and personalities (good place to chill and hide). interesting co-workers. lots of high school dropouts and drugies. Illegitimate relationships everywhere you look if your into that? It's real hard to get fired. Nobody gets canned except for stealing.

Cons

Pay sucks, no job promotion, no overtime. Can't survive on the wage. Lots of single moms working near 40 hrs/week getting welfare, foodstamps, SSI, medicade. Lots of handicap people who make more than the normal ones doing most of the work?
