Pros

-It's better than unemployment -Bonuses every quarter based on store sales and performance -Decent benefits, though I myself did not use.

Cons

-Management is promoted from within, with no training. -Heavy under staffing, usually required to do a 3-4 man job on your own. -Management pick and choose when they decide to do performance coachings. -Does not show any sympathy for health concerns related to your job.

Pros

It was not that bad of a place to work. If you go into Walmart as a college student, try to land a job that is somewhat close to what you are majoring in. The experience, especially if it is in your degree area, looks very good on a resume.

Cons

If you are not in school, expect to work, work, work with little or no direction from upper management.
