Pros

Competitive starting wage compared to other employers, steady hours, and lack of major restrictions on personal appearance / uniform. Opportunities for advancement are posted clearly, good team environment on associate level.

Cons

Relative incompetency of middle management, lack of cohesive planning and preparation, especially for big events. lack of benefits, vacation or sick leave for the 1st year as a part time associate. General feeling that management doesn't care about the associate.
