Great learning experience, and a great opportunity to be a part projects across multiple countries.

Cons

Always short when it comes to resources If you request assistance or put in requests you get buried in paperwork Everyone is at least doing their job and an additional one. The "customer is always right" culture also applies for internal customers and that can get toxic.

Can get very busy and a lot of hours can be required to work per shift past your scheduled time.
