I love too work...I need to work...I have a family too support...bills need to be payed

There were no downsides, it was what I like to do, hard work & payed

Pros

It started out with a great atmosphere, the benefits and pay was great

Cons

Walmart took over the DCs (formally SCM of exel) then things went to pot. Mismanaged, HR is a joke. Crappy shifts with no way to advance.
