Solid first job, something you do before pursing a career. Typical manual labor and fast pace environment. Coworkers and management were alright. Pay is the usual minimum wage job.

Training and development: To assist colleagues in strengthening their abilities and advancing their careers, Walmart provides training and development programs. As a merchandising associate, I am involved in a range of duties, including stocking shelves, arranging inventory, and serving clients. This gave my job a feeling of diversity and difficulty.
