Pros

I work mostly autonomously but also have a team so it's not lonely or isolating. The benefits are good and comprehensive, especially the telehealth access. .

Cons

There's nowhere to advance to from this particular position, there's no lead for the mod team specifically so I'd have to totally switch jobs and responsibilities in order to move up.
