Very poor pay rate and pay increases.

Pros

There is a great chance of promotion within the company.

Cons

Pay raise are very infrequent even with the companywide raises that were highly publicized. What wasn't told was a vast majority of employees never saw a penny increase. Not to mention numerous cost of living increases that were also kept from a vast majority as well.

Pros

They willing to work with you on your schedule. Also they have open door policy . I enjoyed working there it was fun. You have the opportunity to grow within the company.

Cons

Well for the cons. All I can say as every company they have there favorites . But as long as u do your job and be on time you will become a DEPENDABLE FAVORITE!

work was fun, helped get my foot in th door

Cons

managers were Some Hedonistic Intermingling Table Turning Yuppies, glass ceiling, even if you bust your mule the entire time you wrk there you will go nowhere in the company.
