Set the bar too high

Pros

The schedule. You can’t beat only having to work three days a week and having four days off.

Cons

Everything is negative, production rates are too high, only two twenty min breaks in a 12 hour shift, not climate controlled. Mandatory overtime when it’s the busy season but then mandatory time off during the slow seasons.
