Pros

Walmart has a pretty reasonable health package, as well as subsidizing school in a particular few majors Once you're in, you generally get all the hours you need or want, and sometimes in excess of those It's not the most difficult work in the world

Cons

When the minimum wage changed, I was bumped to minimum after 3 years of excellent reviews, as opposed to having my previous pay changes. I fought for months to attempt to get this rectified. In addition, yearly reviews are not in-depth (thus, depriving you of real improvement), while the yearly raises are either on par with, or less than inflation
