Pros

Great people to work with, the company continues to grow and change. It's an exciting fast pace environment. I enjoy every challenge it entails.

Cons

If you don't get the buy in of all your associates it creates doubt in the ones that do. Which can be challenging but these challenges bring growth and understanding.
