      Pros

      Great employee benefits and opportunities for growth. Managers tend to be understan ding . Job pretty easy. Hour lunch

      Cons

      Point system . It’s covid season and it’s easy to accumulate points when you have family emergency’s . Which in 6 months can happen a few times . Points roll off after 6 months

      Pros

      absolutely nothing good comes to mind.

      Cons

      Low pay, benefits being done away with, hours cut, filthy store, empty shelves, no sales floor people to help customers, NO morale, NO respect for the individual, management won't even speak to the associates! I was hired on 8 years ago as a full time associate. A month before I threw in the towel I wasn't even scheduled! Then they graciously "gave" me 8 hours a WEEK for two weeks! They are greedy, uncaring, and I hope the whole company comes to a very bad end.
